SAMMI SOUP & DUMPLING

The project involved completely refurbishing the restaurant for the new Sammi Dumpling franchise site. We took charge of the layout of the space from A to Z, starting with the construction of the walls to structure the different areas of the restaurant according to the customer’s needs and the franchise concept.

The work also included the installation of the necessary mechanical systems, such as ventilation, plumbing and electricity, to ensure the smooth running of all installations. We then completed the finishing touches, which included laying flooring, painting and adjusting architectural elements to give the space a modern, welcoming look.

At the same time, we took charge of the delivery and installation of the devices and equipment supplied by the customer, ensuring that they were optimally positioned and connected for use. Finally, the cabinetry was carefully installed, including counters, shelves and other wooden elements to complete the interior design.

The project was completed on schedule, with particular attention to detail to ensure a functional, aesthetically pleasing environment in line with Sammi Dumpling franchise standards.
