This project involved unloading a sensitive piece of machinery, a Bandera extruder, delivered by sea container from Italy. Delivery took place at the customer’s site in Victoriaville, where we took charge of unloading the machinery and moving it inside the building.

Due to the size and sensitivity of the equipment, it was necessary to create an opening in the roof of the building to allow a crane access inside. This temporary modification made it possible to lift and position the extruder safely and precisely within the facility.

Installation of the extruder was carried out in close collaboration with Bandera technicians, who specialize in this type of machinery. We worked in tandem with them to ensure that the extruder was correctly installed and perfectly levelled according to technical specifications.

Before final delivery of the project, all necessary checks were carried out to ensure that the equipment was operating correctly and that the installation met safety and performance standards. The project was carried out with the utmost rigor, guaranteeing perfect coordination between all parties involved, to ensure a smooth and successful installation.
