QUARTIER DIX30

As part of this renovation project, we undertook a complete refurbishment of the public bathrooms and nursing room at Square Dix30. To ensure the safety and confidentiality of users during the work, access to the facilities has been completely closed. This enabled the renovations to be carried out without disrupting the flow of visitors once the work was completed.

The renovation process began with the complete demolition of the old equipment and cladding. We then laid new ceramics, both on the walls and floors, to modernize the look and make the spaces easier to maintain. All sanitary installations were completely replaced with new equipment, including urinals, toilets and taps. We have also installed new mirrors and toilet partitions to offer users greater privacy and comfort.

In parallel with these renovations, the adjacent corridors were repainted to harmonize the entire space and create a modern, pleasant atmosphere. Every detail has been taken into account, from the quality of the materials to the finish of the installations, to provide an optimal, functional environment.

The project was completed on schedule, with particular attention paid to the quality and safety of the installations, while complying with modern design standards and accessibility for all users.
