QUARTIER DIX30

As part of this project, we undertook an extensive renovation of the stairwells leading to the Square Dix30 underground parking lot. To minimize disruption and ensure user safety, we closed two stairwells at a time throughout the construction period.

The project included several key stages to modernize and secure all the cages. First of all, we replaced the exterior doors in collaboration with our specialist glazier. We also renovated the interior door hardware and updated the safety pictograms in each stairwell to ensure better signage.

Next, all floor finishes were refinished, involving extensive repair and cleaning. The entire stairwell was repainted, including handrails, walls, landings and even the underside of the treads, ensuring an impeccable finish. We also renovated the aluminum capping on the steps to improve safety and the overall appearance of the staircases.

In addition, we applied a high-quality epoxy coating to the concrete floors to ensure their durability and wear resistance. For some particularly damaged stairwells, it was necessary to demolish the existing treads, then completely rebuild them to meet safety standards and offer improved functionality.

The project was completed on schedule and with a constant focus on quality, with the aim of improving the safety and aesthetics of the spaces, while guaranteeing an optimal working environment for all Square Dix30 users.
