Project description :

The Sammi & Soupe Dumpling project at Centropolis in Laval consisted of the complete fit-out of a new restaurant, from the base building shell to the final finishing touches.

As a first step, we were mandated by the landlord to complete the base building work for the commercial space. This phase included preparing the shell in order to deliver a space ready to accommodate the restaurant concept.

We then carried out the full construction of the project, including the dining area, with the goal of creating a modern, warm, and welcoming environment for customers. Throughout the project, we managed the production and adjustment of the technical drawings in close collaboration with the client, ensuring a smooth execution process fully adapted to the realities of the construction site. This ongoing collaboration also helped maintain the project schedule from start to finish.

The work included the installation of all mechanical systems, including ventilation, plumbing, electrical, and related services, as well as the completion of all finishes, including flooring, painting, and the integration of architectural elements. We also installed a glazed partition providing a direct view into the kitchen from the dining area, creating a dynamic visual connection with the restaurant operations.

The kitchen equipment supplied by the client was installed and integrated with precision, ensuring optimal positioning and connection. Custom millwork, including counters and storage elements, was carefully completed to finalize the interior layout.

As part of the project, we also provided storage for the furniture and decorative elements in our warehouse, helping facilitate the coordination of the various installation phases.

Close coordination between all parties involved allowed for the delivery of a cohesive, functional space aligned with the restaurant’s concept.
